Informed Consent
Session Length and Additional Fees: Sessions are typically 60 minutes long but may be extended as per client requirement or to complete a thought or technique. Our standard sessions include a 10-minute buffer at no extra charge. However, for sessions exceeding: - 60 minutes by more than 10 minutes: The 90-minute rate applies. -90 minutes by more than 10 minutes: The 120-minute rate applies. BestinU Cancellation and Refund Policy We understand that unexpected events may occur, impacting your ability to attend your scheduled appointments. We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to accommodate other clients. In this case, you will receive a full refund or be able to reschedule your session without penalty. However for cancellations or reschedules with: - Less Than 6 Hours Notice: - In case you've bought a package: A courtesy 0.5-hour deduction will be applied to your remaining package sessions. - In case you've paid for individual sessions: you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Less Than 2 Hours Notice or No-Show: - In case you've bought a package: will result in a 1-hour deduction from your remaining package sessions. - In case you've paid for individual sessions: will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions: We understand emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Here are some situations where we may waive cancellation fees: - Emergencies: Sudden illness, family emergencies, or bereavement. A maximum of three waivers are permitted per quarter. - First-Time Cancellation Within 2 Hours: We may waive the cancellation fee for first-time cancellations within 2 hours of your appointment at our discretion.
